Policies & Shipping

Due to high demand and increased safety measures of carriers, your packages may experience shipping delays. We apologize for this in advance and will continue to do our best in getting your orders delivered promptly.

Note: We are no longer processing exchanges until further notice, only refunds. Please place a new order for the item you would like to exchange.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return most items sold by brandscycle.com within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Because of our free shipping policy, you are required to pay to ship the item to us as well as any cost we incurred to ship to you originally. Cost of shipping to you will be the exact public rate available on the UPS website, which will be deducted from your refund. We add no "handling" charge. Please email us at info@brandscycle.com for the rate quote for your label.

This does not apply to fitness equipment and complete bicycles. Fitness equipment and complete bicycles may be exchanged only if defective. The exchange must be completed within 60 days of delivery.

We will pay the return shipping cost if you are returning the item(s) as a result of our error of if the product is received defective or broken.

If any item you order arrives damaged we will arrange for a shipper to pick up the item(s) and we'll send replacement(s) at NO COST TO YOU.

Shipping Charges (Contiguous U.S.)

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on most orders $79 and over in the Contiguous US. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size and/or weight, and destination.

The following shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

Standard: Parts, accessories & apparel orders $79 and over are FREE in the Contiguous US. Shipping charges calculated at checkout on orders below $79 (average delivery within 2 to 7 business days). See other product pages for shipping cost details.

International Orders

For international purchases, the buyer is always responsible for paying all custom charges in addition to the shipping costs. Please contact your local customs office for information on their policies and fees and also to find out how long it takes for shipments to go through customs.

If the purchase needs to be returned, the buyer is responsible for shipping it back to Brands Cycle and Fitness in the US.

If a package is refused for any reason and sent back to Brands Cycle and Fitness, the buyer will not be refunded the initial shipping charge.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order.

Returns

Orders are eligible for return up to 60 days after delivery. Please fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip and include it with the return. The product must be in new sellable condition with the original product packaging. If the product is not in new sellable condition it may be subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, if you would like us to email you a label we can deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If the order was damaged in shipping, defective, or the wrong item was sent (sorry!) please send us an email with your order number and pictures of what was received (product, barcode, and shipping box) so that we can send you a prepaid return label.

Fitness equipment and complete bicycles are not eligible for return. If the item is damaged in shipping we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

We are not able to offer exchanges. Please send the original order back for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of arriving at our storefront and refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account depending on your financial institution.

Backorders

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

If You Change Your Mind/Refuse Delivery
