Assos' H.MilleShorts are perfect for warm-weather riding, as a base chamois under winter tights, or simply for those who prefer the upper-body freedom of movement that comes with suspender-free shorts. They're light, comfortable, minimize waist constriction, and employ Assos' conforming chamois for full support.
With the S7 generation of the industry-leading chamois technology at its core, these shorts bring you the ultimate in comfort at a great price. The new daily workhorse for riders looking for more comfort. KEY TECHNOLOGY - S7 chamois - Entry-level comfortFit shorts - Wider cut in the waist
Warmth, flexibility, protection, and support topped Assos's list of must-haves when we began developing the Winter Tights, with each attribute needing to pair with our refined, low-bulk regularFit platform. Mission accomplished, as our product team filled the gap between our arctic-ready Bonka bibs and the milder Spring/Fall Knickers. Ideal for those frigid winter rides where exposed skin from knee warmers and knickers won’t cut it, where full-leg coverage and high levels of insulation become mandatory, the Winter Bibs answer the call. RX Heavy is our highly insulating brushed Roubaix textile that makes up the majority of the paneling, which now features an ECO water-repellent treatment for further protection from light precipitation. This fabric ensures your pelvis and legs stay shielded from biting winds and cold air, while the backs of the legs are made up of RX Light for added breathability in this high-flex zone.
With six years of technology developments and Assos’ most advanced race insert to date, the Equipe RS Bib Shorts S9 forges new ground, bringing unmatched stability and comfort to your most demanding speed-focused applications. These bibs employ A-Lock Engineering, Assos' new bracing system, comprising proprietary textiles and technologies working together to stabilize the shorts and secure the insert in place. The S9 generation incorporates just two panels, with a primary “butterfly” panel fully wrapping the legs and converging in the rear to form the ergoBox structure. This design effectively frames the insert in place and provides you with an ultra-comfortable wrap on your legs using our Type 441 textile, developed specifically for compressive hold and silky comfort. From here they added their unique rollBar, which mimics a race car’s anti-sway bar by using the bib straps to stabilize the insert as your weight transfers from left to right while cornering. Each strap is sewn into the seam directly above the insert, ensuring it’s under pre-loaded tension at all times. The bib straps have also been redesigned using calibrated stretch throughout, with the rear section using a single section of elastic material—folded over on itself—forming an A-frame in the back. It delivers limited vertical stretch in order to add further stability. In the front, the straps are made of a more flexible material, with an antibacterial carbon weave, to wick moisture and lay flat. Assos also focused on a single insert platform, which allowed the freedom to reassess what is most crucial to a streamlined, race-spec insert. They reduced the overall footprint to shed additional weight, employed superAir microShock foam with 3D waffle, incorporated the kraterCooler system to increase airflow up front, and took additional measures to anchor the insert at the rear with a patented horizontal stabilizer. The result? Signature Assos comfort, stabilized.
S9 marks the future of race-tuned comfort, built on an entirely new platform that’s been re-engineered from the ground up. With years of testing and feedback from riders at the highest level of the sport, Assos continue to see the most advanced insert technology being only as good as the framework that supports it. Consider the hard cornering, in-to-out-of-saddle pedaling, and hours of body repositioning that greatly impact your shorts and the way its insert functions, and ultimately the comfort both are able to provide.
Cento is synonymous with long-distance comfort, and the latest iteration of this staple, fully loaded bib short takes that sentiment a step further.
Cento is synonymous with long-distance comfort, and the latest iteration of this fully loaded bib short takes that sentiment a step further. Enter the T Cento EVO: Assos' favorite comfort fit platform, evolved with an updated insert and refinements throughout. Assos began with the same Type 439 textile for the main panels, as it's incredibly comfortable against the skin. With two different rates of four-way stretch, it also delivers a nice, compressive hold for a smooth, supportive wrap along the thighs. This proprietary fabric provides exceptional breathability, and it rapidly transfers moisture to its quick-drying outer surface. As with the original Cento, the fit is a touch more generous around the lower abdominals than Assos' racingFit options, and they added their new raw-cut zeroWaist to ensure a smooth and comfortable hold on a variety of body types.
