Swagman's Deluxe Bar Adapter changes that. This telescopic bar hooks under the stem and around the seatpost to create a "top tube" that the rack can hold. It features vinyl-coated, quick release hooks so it's gentle on your bike and easy to use. The 19-inch Deluxe Bar expands up to 26-inches in length.
