The well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority. Due to the current state of emergency in our community, we would like to inform our customers of the steps we are taking to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff. Brands Cycle and Fitness will adhere to all federal, state and local authority guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and we're immediately implementing these changes until we receive more guidance:

• All group rides are postponed until further notice

• Bike fittings are postponed until further notice

• All restrooms, frequently-touched surfaces, door handles, and credit card machines will be sanitized throughout day

• Staff members and clients are requested to refrain from handshaking, and are encouraged to keep at least three feet of distance between one another, and generally abide by social distancing guidelines

• Please touch only what you intend to purchase. We must clean anything that a customer touches in addition to our all day constant disinfecting of the store

• Please give all employees and customers space, especially when checking your bike in for service or picking up a bike

• Sanitary wipes will be available for use at the cash registers

• Staff members who show signs of illness are required to stay home and avoid contact with other

Note that all standard shipping options are still available on BrandsCycle.com and we offer same day shipping for almost every order received by 2 PM ET Monday-Friday and Saturday by 1 PM ET.
